Valid subdomain may contain any letter or number as well as the "-" (hyphen; max. 3 hyphens are allowed), but must begin and end with an alphabet character or digit. While both upper and lower case characters are valid, subdomains are case insensitive, so "A-B-C.forumsland.com" is identical to "a-b-c.FORUMSLAND.COM". Letter: Any one of the 52 alphabetic characters A through Z in upper case and a through z in lower case. Digit: Any one of the ten digits 0 through 9.
